Building automation and lighting control
Lighting design, bespoke luminaires and system integration
Design ONE brings architectural lighting design, bespoke luminaire manufacture and building automation into one technical concept. We plan lighting circuits, scenes and controls around the way homes, offices and hotels are used. For a new build, we coordinate the electrical preparation; for an existing property, we review the wiring, luminaires and control equipment. Our Loxone partner showroom offers a personal demonstration and project discussion.

Lighting control
DALI – Professional and Human-Centric Lighting Control
We specify DALI lighting around the actual luminaires, LED drivers and intended operation. We establish which lights need individual control, which form a group and where adjustable white light is required. Cabling and system interfaces are coordinated with the lighting plan.
The agreed design defines lighting groups, scenes and controls. Dimming, fade transitions and colour-temperature adjustment depend on the selected luminaire and LED driver. We review those capabilities during technical preparation so the controls suit the proposed lighting.
Visual experiences
DMX – Creative Lighting Control
For bespoke luminaires, dynamic effects and coloured architectural lighting, we can plan DMX control around the required lighting effect. Light sources, drivers and channel assignments are considered together with the luminaire design and its installation position.
At the design stage, we agree which lights change together, the sequence of their transitions and the manual controls that remain available. Scenes follow the capabilities of the specified equipment; the exact implementation is defined in the agreed technical scope.

Building automation
KNX – Complete Building Automation
KNX is one of the most comprehensive building automation standards, integrating not only lighting but also:
For an existing KNX installation, we coordinate the lighting interface with the building automation designer and contractor. We define how lighting relates to the other functions and check the required gateways and controllers. A project does not need to use every technology listed on this page.
User experience
Apple HomeKit – The Peak of User Experience
If Apple Home / HomeKit control is required, we review suitable gateways and compatible devices for the chosen system. Depending on the actual configuration, the following functions may be available:

How Do They Work Together?
The project determines the system architecture. Loxone, KNX, DALI, DMX and Apple Home connections are used where they have a practical technical role. We coordinate lighting, shading and controls, then specify the necessary interfaces for the agreed equipment.
HCL technology
Human-centric lighting and daily scenes
Our human-centric lighting design considers daylight, light levels, distribution and daily use together. Suitable light sources and drivers are selected before the adjustable colour-temperature range and scheduled scenes are defined. Final settings are shaped around the rooms and their actual use. Apple Home control requires a separately verified system interface.

About us
Bespoke manufacturing with coordinated technical design
Our lighting design and bespoke manufacturing background lets form, finish, lighting effect and controls follow the same concept. During project preparation, we assess the feasibility of the following system connections:
We coordinate the luminaire, light source, electronics and building automation with the project’s designers and contractors. Tasks and documentation are defined in the agreed scope. Explore bespoke luminaire design and manufacture.
