If a contract is established: Data is processed throughout the contract duration and retained for 8 years post-completion according to accounting regulations.
If no contract is established: Data is retained until March 1st of the year following the quote’s expiration.

8. Data Access, Transfer, and Processing:

Personal data is accessible internally and is not published. Data transfer to third parties occurs only upon the Data Subject’s explicit request.

9.2 Information:

Upon request, the Controller provides written information within 30 days about data processed, data sources, purposes, duration, and recipients. The initial annual request is free; subsequent requests within a year may incur costs.

9.3 Rectification/Deletion:

Incorrect data may be rectified or deleted upon request within 3 business days. Deletion does not apply to legally mandated data retention.

9.4 Data Blocking:

Data subjects may request data blocking if deletion might harm their legitimate interests. Blocked data remains restricted in processing.
