NEON FLEX · DESIGNED FOR THE WHOLE SPACE
Complete light lines.
Considered lighting.
Think beyond the LED strip and profile.
Exceptional lighting brings the light source, diffuser, form and control together as one system. We design the light and the way it belongs in the space.
A seamless luminous surface.
A continuous line of light with a refined, composed appearance.
A line shaped by the space.
Straight runs, gentle curves or three-dimensional forms, using the right model for each route.
Every detail considered.
Mounting, connections and end sealing are designed around both the visual intent and the installation environment.
Control that brings it together.
Brightness, light colour and lighting scenes work together to create the atmosphere.
The right light for every space.
From subtle furniture details to architectural outlines, indoors or out, we match the model, protection rating and control to the project.
NEON FLEX AND CONVENTIONAL LED PROFILES
Neon Flex or LED strip
in an aluminium profile?
Where the project budget allows, we favour Neon Flex for premium architectural light lines. We design the continuous luminous surface, concealed connections and mounting as one system, shaped around the intended appearance and use.
Fewer diffuser joints.
Conventional LED profiles with rigid opal covers use separate lengths, often 2–4 metres long. Their joints can interrupt the continuous appearance of the light line. Within the permitted run length of the selected model, LED neon flex strips provide a continuous luminous body without separate cover joints. This is particularly useful for long ceiling lines and curved architectural outlines.
Space for materials to move.
Aluminium profiles and plastic covers expand at different rates, so movement allowances form part of the design. Poorly detailed joints can lead to changing gaps, distortion or clicking sounds as temperatures change. We mount the flexible Neon Flex body and its supporting profile with the clearance specified by the manufacturer, making thermal movement part of the complete installation design.
Concealed, planned connections.
With conventional profiles, strip interconnections, solder joints and cable exits require careful detailing. Suitable Neon Flex models can be specified with rear or bottom cable exits, allowing the power feed to be concealed behind the light line. Connection positions, strain relief and the required power-feed points are planned together with the route.
Kitchen worktop lighting with targeted optics.
A kitchen worktop needs high illuminance from a relatively short lighting run. Here, we choose LED strip in an aluminium profile with a clear microprismatic cover and reflector or lens optics suited to the task. Directing the light onto the work surface can increase the proportion of useful light reaching the intended area.
We select the cover, optics and profile as a compatible system, allowing the thermal movement and installation clearances required by the components.
Power selected for the lighting task.
An LED strip bonded to aluminium and a flexible Neon Flex body have different thermal characteristics. We select power to suit the required light output and the installation conditions of the chosen model. Using the wattage per metre needed for the task can reduce unnecessary energy use and heat load. Appropriate operating temperature, power supplies and installation all contribute to lasting performance.
OUTDOOR & POOL LIGHTING
Light outdoors.
Light beneath the water.
A sunlit terrace, a facade outline or a swimming pool: with the right material and protection, a continuous light line can become part of each setting.

OUTDOORS · UV-RESISTANT OPTIONS
Designed for
sunlit spaces, too.
Bring continuous light to terraces, garden steps and facade outlines. We select the appropriate light line from UV-resistant silicone and PU options to suit the site.
The model, IP rating, mounting and end sealing are specified for the installation.

Every line
has its own form.
Light lines with in-plane, out-of-plane or combined 3D bending.
The right model follows the route you have in mind.
In-plane bending
Horizontal · With the luminous face towards you, the line curves within the plane of the wall or ceiling.
Out-of-plane bending
Vertical · The line bends out of the surface plane, for example in a smooth transition from wall to ceiling.
3D bending
Both bending directions · Combines in-plane and out-of-plane bending for curves across a surface and transitions between surfaces.

DESIGN THE COMPLETE SYSTEM
Exceptional light starts with the details.
Selected for the atmosphere.
White, tunable white or colour: the available options vary by model. We select colour temperature and power to achieve the intended lighting effect.
Planned around the route.
Bending direction, minimum radius, cut increments and cable entry are part of the design from the outset. Final dimensions are confirmed against the selected product data sheet.
Tuned to the way you use it.
The chosen light output and dimming approach require a suitable power supply and controller. For DALI, DMX or building automation, compatibility is planned as part of the system.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Questions before
you begin.
What do in-plane, out-of-plane and 3D bending mean?+
Bending direction is defined relative to the luminous face. With that face towards you, in-plane bending (Horizontal) follows a curve within the plane of a wall or ceiling. Out-of-plane bending (Vertical) moves away from that plane, for example from a wall to a ceiling. A 3D model combines both directions, allowing curves across a surface and transitions between surfaces. The term 360° describes light distribution. Always check the selected product data sheet for the permitted bending direction and minimum bending radius.
Can it be cut to any length?+
Cuttable models may only be cut at the points specified in the data sheet. Cut increments vary with the model and light option. The PU models and the round light lines shown here are factory-made to length and cannot be cut on site, so the required lengths must be planned before ordering.
Can it be used outdoors or underwater?+
A correctly selected and sealed model can be specified for outdoor use. The collection includes IP65 and IP67 silicone models as well as dedicated IP68 PU products. For underwater installations, the exact model, end sealing, connections and product installation requirements must be checked together.
What information is needed to choose a model?+
Share the proposed route and lengths, a plan or detail drawing, the installation location, the desired lighting effect and your control requirements. These guide the choice of light line, power supply, mounting and end sealing.
